• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• No refund is provided for no-shows or late cancellations.

2. Makeup Academy Courses

• Fees are non-refundable once the batch begins.
• Advance payments may be shifted to another batch based on availability.

3. Products

• Products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Damaged products can be exchanged within 7 days.
